"Notice: The subscriber offers for sale the house and lot on which he now lives being 45 feet in front and about 200 feet in depth; the said house is in the suburbs of the town, situated on the Princess Ann Road, the next house to Mr. Hillary Lambert's Grocery, and is very convenient for a store.  Those persons who may feel disposed to purchase, may view the premises at any time; the terms will be made known on application to James Easter."
