"Many citizens of Tanner's Creek Magisterial District having petitioned for the sum of four hundred dollars to be appropriate for repairing and shelling the road from Bell's store to Sewell's Point, the Court considers that the sum of Two hundred dollars should be appropriated from the road fund of said Magisterial District, and One hundred and twenty five dollars additional is raised for said purpose by the citizens...."
